RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
I hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please see the policies below. If you have any further concerns please contact me via email: email@example.com
If you would like to exchange an item* I am happy to discuss an exchange up to 14 days from receipt of your order provided the item* has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange an item which is of greater value you are required to pay the difference. If the new item is cheaper the difference will be credited by the same method by which you paid or a credit note will be issued.

You have a right to return an item* if you are unhappy with it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order provided the item has not been worn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Please note Worm Child Jewellery does not refund postage and packaging charges, or any custom and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Your refund will be credited by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
In the event that you receive a faulty item (received damaged) please contact me immediately. I will offer to repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
If a manufacturing fault happens within three weeks of purchase I will offer to repair the item at no extra cost. If your item is damaged after this time frame I will offer to repair your item (charges may apply, please see the 'Jewellery Care' page). Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you wish to return an item please contact me before returning it with an image attached of your item and please explain the fault.

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase (If you decide you no longer wish to purchase what you have ordered please contact me via email: email@example.com
RETURNS POSTAGE COSTS
Returning any items is the responsibility of the customer.
Please package your product properly and send by the appropriate delivery, preferably special delivery (with a tracking number) for your own protection, as any items lost in transit will not be considered for refunds or exchanges. Please tell the post office you are sending jewellery to make sure you use the correct postal option.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before posting any item back so I can process your request.
